Where Strength Is Rebuilt Beneath the Surface
This is not about temporary relief or surface-level solutions. It is about creating a clear, repeatable path for individuals to rebuild physically, mentally, and emotionally after carrying the weight of service.
We believe that those who have given the most should have access to something that actually works. Not guesswork. Not inconsistency. A system.

The Heart Behind Waterline™
There is a point where pushing through stops working.
For veterans and first responders, that point often comes quietly. It shows up in the body first tightness, fatigue, pain that lingers longer than it should. Then in the mind restlessness, stress that doesn’t shut off, a constant edge that never fully fades.
And yet, the expectation remains the same: keep going.
Waterline™ was built in response to that reality. Not to replace strength, but to restore it. Not to slow people down, but to give them a way to move forward again without breaking themselves in the process.
Because the truth is, recovery is not weakness. It is the foundation that makes everything else possible.
Meet Travis Rusgrove
For years, Travis Rusgrove lived with what many veterans know all too well—chronic back, knee, and shoulder pain. After his service in the United States Marine Corps, he was diagnosed with ruptured discs, arthritis, and scoliosis. Like many, he searched for solutions but found little lasting relief.
Everything changed when he got in the water.
What began as a way to simply move without pain quickly became a life-changing journey. Within a year of swimming consistently, Travis experienced the strongest, healthiest body he had enjoyed in more than five years. His chronic back and shoulder pain disappeared, he lost weight, his A1C dropped out of the prediabetic range, his cholesterol improved, and he noticed a dramatic increase in mental clarity and overall well-being.
Today, Travis is passionate about helping others discover what he found in the water a place of healing, strength, resilience, and renewal. His mission is to show that swimming isn't just exercise; it's a pathway to reclaiming your health, restoring your confidence, and improving your quality of life.
As he likes to say, he's simply "addicted to the water" because he knows firsthand how transformative it can be.

A Future Where No One Carries It Alone
Waterline™ envisions a world where every veteran and first responder has access to consistent, effective recovery where strength is restored, resilience is rebuilt, and no one is left carrying the weight of service alone.
